had a really comfortable stay here. everything was brand-new, magnificent location just next door to major shopping outlet @ bukit bintang, shopping malls and tourist attractions, very good staff. the rooms were cool and comfy, had dryers, terrycloth bathrobes, and a shower cap.

The location was fantastic, just a short distance from the major shopping centers in KL. The view from the accommodation was particularly good. The room provided coffee and tea making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area.

The location was favourable and excellent, the staff was knowledgeable.

We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The apartment was incredibly spacious with a stunning city view from the large balcony. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool on the rooftop, which offered a great view as well. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to both Pavillion Mall and the bustling Bukit Bintang street. It couldn't have been more convenient!

Our experience was not perfect, unfortunately. We found the cleanliness of the room to be subpar, and some of the amenities were not functioning properly.

I recently had a great stay at Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang @Dorsett. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center. The room was well-maintained and the decor was impressive. I also appreciated the equipped kitchen with a hood, hob, and plates. The bathroom had a bathtub, although the water heater tank capacity could be improved. The best part was the newness of the facilities, everything was clean and modern.
